Please note, we do not initiate a refund or exchange for a complete change of mind on a specific product personalized through any of our monogramming facilities. If you have any concerns or there are any issues with your purchases, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
We offer returns for items returns due to change of mind reference. However, the given exclusions and requirements shall apply –
- Exclusions are eligible only if the return is damaged or faulty.
- Exclusions include sale items ordered on sale or through a discount code. It also includes sale promotional codes or flash sales codes.
- It also includes personalized, customized items.
Before applying for a return, please ensure that your return is valid. Please go to our return policy before proceeding with your application for the return procedure.
- Contact our customer care service within the initial seven days of receiving your order.
- Please review your order and specify your name, order number, and the item you want to return. Please make sure that your request for return is eligible as per our return policy.
- Once you contact us, and if found eligible, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number and the applicable return instructions.
- Please make sure to return the items to secure postage to the confirmed address within seven days of receiving your authorization number.
- Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by us, and will not get included in your refund transaction.
- In case you receive confirmation from our side to cover the cost of the return shipment, we will deduct it from the total refund amount.
- We review and return, and if your order is found eligible and complies with the return policy category requirements as stated below, your refund will get successfully processed.
- Please wait for 1 to 10 business days for a successful refund, along with the pending payment method.
- Returns found to be exclusive of this period stay at our discretion, and we hold the right to cancel unauthorized returns that do not meet our return policy and procedures, as previously stated.

Exchanges depend upon the item availability with us. We can not assure the item availability of a particular item with us all the time, but we try our level best to get the exchange item arranged. The customer is responsible for any possible shipping cost back to us, but we do not take the responsibility of covering the shipping costs of a new item.
All types of refunds will be transmitted through the original payment method only, until or unless you place the request for store credit. The returns get processed according to the provisions of the original currency of the order. No conversion loss will be considered or covered within the refund transaction or process. Please note that the store credit for returns or exchange is valid only for 12 months from the date of arrival and cannot get used with another store credit. The validity of store credit is limited to only one-time use.
Please note that we do not refund any initial shipping charges for applicable additional costs, which includes custom duties or sales tax. The fees do not get involved in our price. We do not process refund transactions for returns that are lost or arrive damaged during the return delivery.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In case a product is found faulty or damaged, we offer repairs, the replacement for a complete refund inclusive of all shopping costs. However, items found damaged due to normal wear and tear, or inappropriate use shall not fall under the category of damaged items.
